with Okra- contains- Zinc, Vit A, Vit K and Luya – potassium and magnesium.
Drinking M2, malunggay ice tea is a good source of phytonutrients. A concoction of malunggay, okra and luya that is surprisingly delicious and refreshingly nutritious. Sweetened with Muscovado.
Instructions: Use 4 tablespoons of M2 for 300 ML water. Serve hot or cold. Add calamansi or lemon for great tasting M2.
