Edamame beans are immature green soybeans used as a protein-rich snack in Japan, Korea, and Hawaii. Traditional Asian methods and the highest quality of green beans are used instead of wheat or starch.
This gluten-free, low-carb, high-protein, high-fiber and vegan organic bean pasta have about less than half the carbohydrates, six times the fiber and two times the protein compared to other regular pasta brands.

How to Cook:
- Boil a pot of water.
- Add salt. (optional)
- Add bean pasta to boiling water and cook for 4-5minutes.
- Strain pasta from water and mix your al dente bean pasta with your choice of sauce.
